Disassembly-free mechanical joint for cast iron pipes 'Suppon MI'

Simplification of inventory management and easy, quick installation possible! Easy installation and removal of partition valves and pressure reducing valves.

This product is a non-dismantling, suction-type mechanical joint. The nominal diameter ranges from 200 to 300, and it can slide on the pipe without resistance before installation. After installation, it can be easily separated from the pipe by loosening the bolts and nuts. Additionally, it uses powder-coated anti-corrosion bolts and bag nuts, and features internal and external powder coating, which improves corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and weather resistance. 【Features】 ■ Can slide on the pipe without resistance before installation ■ Can be easily separated from the pipe by loosening the bolts and nuts after installation ■ Easy alignment ■ Can be connected without pulling in the pipe ■ Improved corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and weather resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High-density polyethylene pipe (ISO) × coated steel pipe Suppon MPX MP-D

Connection can be made without fusion work or coating removal work, reducing construction time! A mechanical joint that allows flange-less connection of high-density polyethylene pipes and internally and externally coated steel pipes!

No disassembly required, easy to connect! Introducing the "Suppon Joint" series of mechanical joints! The product we are introducing is the "Suppon MPX MP-D." It is a mechanical joint for connecting different types of pipes, allowing for a switch from high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO outer diameter) to internally and externally coated steel pipes (VD pipes and PD pipes). On the high-density polyethylene pipe side, it features a mechanical joint that requires no in-core or disassembly for connection. There is no need for electric fusion work or preparation of fusion equipment. On the internally and externally coated steel pipe side (VD pipes and PD pipes), there is no need for special tasks such as threading or coating removal. The mechanical method simply involves inserting and tightening into the joint socket, significantly reducing the time required for connection. Additionally, since the pipe type switching section is flange-less, the risk of water leakage from the flange area is minimized, enhancing safety aspects such as earthquake resistance. It can slide along the pipe, making it easy to connect existing pipes with new ones. During renovation work, such as replacing buried coated steel pipes in facility exteriors with new high-density polyethylene pipes, it can be utilized at the pipe type switching points with existing pipes. When connecting different types of pipes, such as high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO outer diameter) and internally and externally coated steel pipes (VD pipes and PD pipes), please give it a try!

High-density polyethylene pipe (ISO-P) fittings Supon MPX

No need for electric fusion work! Easy installation with just one wrench, even in wet conditions or rain! No need to prepare fusion machines or generators, reducing total costs!

No disassembly required, easy connection! Introducing the "Suppon Joint" series of mechanical joints! Suppon MPX is a mechanical joint that allows for the connection of high-density polyethylene pipes without the need for an inner core or disassembly. The mechanical method involves tightening bolts and nuts with a wrench to connect high-density polyethylene pipes. Since there is no need for electric fusion work and no cooling time required, water can be flowed immediately, significantly reducing construction time. The advantage of the mechanical method in terms of construction is that it can be performed regardless of the location or weather conditions. Even in water areas where groundwater may emerge after excavation or during bad weather when fusion work cannot be done, construction can proceed without these concerns. The elimination of the need for equipment such as fusion machines or generators also leads to cost savings. Additionally, the Suppon MP joint offers a wide range of options. We have various lineups for connecting different types of pipes, allowing for a change in pipe type with just one joint. It is also possible to slide along the pipe, making it easy to connect existing pipes with newly installed ones. This can be utilized in the repair or renovation of aging piping systems at the connection points with existing pipes. Please give it a try when connecting high-density polyethylene pipes.
